It all began in 2003. Many communities pursued Bogenrief Studios, asking us to move our production their community. Work load was hindered by the sheer number of interviews requested. One night after many interviews, we returned to the studio just as our work crew got ready to leave.
We told them to be careful…. it’s a jungle out there.
That phrase struck up the idea for our jungle-theme window. We, of course, jumped at the opportunity to challenge the craftsmen in our studio with this task. Almost every American manufacturer of colored glass is represented in this window.
Three years and 20,000 glass pieces later, we stepped back to take in "The Jungle".
The window has since found a home with movie producer and actor, Tyler Perry.

A few years after selling the original Jungle Window to Tyler Perry, we decided to make another one as a showcase for the studio. It was completed in 2017 and is a favorite for both the studio and those who get to see it during one of our tours.
This second window is available now and measures 10' x 11'
